I depend on the phone’s capabilities and the internet for work picking up batches from InstaCart. Now I am using one of the latest iPhones, 2020 SE model with 64 Gb and the latest tech. TracFone took care or me and mailed me a new sim with simple instructions how to get re-activated with my same number. Oops! Explained the situation learning too late what happens when you cross the border with a TracFone and forget to turn it off beforehand. I crossed over the border once and learned I had to replace my sim card.
It took awhile, but it worked out in the end. I have worked with their operators to get me back up and going when I was transferring numbers once.
